Cancelation And Late Appointment Policy
We know your time is valuable and we make every effort to stay on schedule. We can only do this with your help. We appreciate your cooperation in making every effort to arrive on time so that we can see you at your scheduled time and keep on schedule for all our customers following you. If you are running late for your appointment, please call us and keep us appraised of your progress.
Please note that if you arrive late for your appointment, we will make an effort to keep your appointment, but if it exceeds 15 minutes past your appointment time, we may need to reschedule.
If you must cancel your appointment, we ask that you please do so no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you No Show for your appointment without notifying, you will be responsible for a Missed Appointment Fee starting at HALF the cost of your service payable on your next visit.
